Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The Service is not intended to, and should not be used to, replace professional mental health services. The journaling prompts and AI-generated content are for self-reflection purposes only and do not constitute medical or psychological advice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
